Problems of living can come in many shapes and forms. Maybe it's feelings of disconnection or emotional overwhelm. Maybe it's an uncomfortable feeling of emotional numbness or feeling perplexingly stuck in various areas of life. Whatever the case may be, I want to start by offering encouragement in taking the first step to begin your own personal healing journey. I strive to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship in my work with individuals so that we can better understand the causes of these difficulties and, together, figure out things that can help.
