I love working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjusting to life changes, and trauma/PTSD. I work with clients to create goals appropriate for them. My clients sometimes need coping skills, trauma therapy, or an extra ear to process life stressors. My goal is to be nonjudgmental and down to earth to help you in the best way possible. I believe that people in all ages and stages of life can benefit from therapy.
