I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping children, teens, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges. I support clients with anxiety, autism, depression, behavioral challenges, emotion regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, and unhelpful patterns that can hold them back. My approach is deeply collaborative and grounded in evidence-based methods. Together, we build the skills needed to self-regulate, communicate needs, strengthen relationships, increase confidence, and problem-solve effectively.
