I am a friendly, real, and comfortable person to talk with. Therapy can feel daunting and embarrassing, especially at first, so it's important that you feel comfortable when you are talking about what's bothering you. You are coming to therapy to work on issues and resolve problems and you want support and answers. When you come in we will talk about what you feel ready to deal with. I will gently guide you through the process of uncovering your needs and wants in a way that doesn't feel threatening or invasive that helps you get those needs met.
