Combining my clinical training with life experience, feedback from clients about what works, and a little bit of Grandma's wisdom would characterize how I see clients from day-to-day. I ask that people try to take what they have learned in my office and use it in their real life. First comes awareness of what impact our behavior has, then comes the practice of new ways to be more productive. My philosophy is that you don't have to do it my way, just different from what wasn't working before. I agree with Maya Angelou who said, "When we know more we can do more".
