I work predominantly with adolescents and their families. I offer services in a non-judgmental environment. I work to build rapport to facilitate change in those I work with. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which is empirically proven to help reduce self-harming behaviors and suicidal ideation. Dialectical Behavior Therapy provides additional skills to help people increase their level of mindfulness, better regulate their emotions in addition to building relationship skills.
