No wait list. I draw from a wide range of treatment methods to create your customized treatment plan to help with ADHD, trauma symptoms, depression, addictions, and/or anxiety. I have specialized training and shared life experience with ADHD as a parent, spouse, and person with ADHD. I want to help individuals who have experienced traumas, those who identify with an LGBTQ+ identity, clients with legal concerns, as well as those with substance and alcohol abuse. I am trained in a variety of methods, including Journal Therapy, Positive Psychology, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & Therapeutically Applied Role-Playing Games (TA-RPG). I am certified in ADHD and trauma therapies & am a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
