Hello, I’m Jennifer James, LMFT, and Hypnotherapist. Since 2010, I’ve walked alongside individuals working through trauma, depression, anxiety, and emotional pain. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve helped countless clients untangle patterns of emotional suffering — especially those recovering from narcissistic abuse and unresolved trauma. I also specialize in working Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) in clearing up their trauma and stepping into their power.
