I believe that ultimately the therapeutic relationship is the key to successful therapy. I work hard to foster that relationship, so that you feel as comfortable as possible while we take on the issues that are troubling you. I want to ensure you feel safe and respected. I want you to feel heard. I am a compassionate listener and work with you to meet your goals. I am also a Certified Care Manager and have helped many people who find themselves in the sometimes complex role of caregiver. I work with people on issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and caregiving issues.
