I offer a safe, understanding space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll make sense of your emotions, build healthy coping skills, and work toward healing and growth at your own pace. Life can feel relentless sometimes, and finding time for yourself isn’t always easy. That’s why I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with evening appointments available up to 8 p.m. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, or just “over it,” please know you’re not alone. You deserve support, and it’s okay to reach out—things can get better.
