Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Have you lost someone significant in your life or are you overwhelmed with the daily requirements? Do you feel like you are losing control and can’t catch a break? Is it impacting your ability to function at home, work and/or socially? It is so easy to lose faith in yourself during these trying and uncertain times. However, pushing away your needs and feelings does not help us cope with life’s stressors. I believe there are things we can do to help better our lives so we can live happier and be the best possible version of ourselves. I honor your unique needs and goals and I will meet you where you are. We go at your pace. I take an integrated and motivational approach throughout the therapeutic process. We will implement a variety of techniques to meet you where you are. I provide a nonjudgmental and supportive space to help you achieve your goals in your own timeframe.
