Please use my website for submitting new client requests! Clients often come to my office in order to have a safe space to explore, unpack, and deeply process what it is they are experiencing. It is important to me to get to the root cause of what it is we are experiencing or order to work through it. My areas of specialty are working with trauma, anxiety, depression, disordered eating/body image and low self-worth. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor as well. Clients describe me as genuine, comforting, funny, and validating. The most important ingredient to an individuals growth in therapy is the therapeutic relationship, with their therapist. My goal is to create an inviting and safe space to process, explore, grow, heal, and learn. Im right here with you.
