Life can be challenging and we all have innate ways that we try to cope but sometimes we reach a point where we need help. Maybe there’s a specific event that has happened, perhaps you’re noticing patterns in your life you don’t understand, or sometimes our physical health may be a clue that something more is going on. We so often feel alone in our struggles and my role is to walk alongside you as we work together to better understand what’s going on and how to address it. This work may involve an exploration of past experiences, as well as building an appreciation for your uniqueness and ways to create a life to best support you.
