About
Many couples reach out after trust has been broken or when the relationship feels uncertain. An affair may have come to light, or emotional distance has grown to the point that one or both partners are questioning what comes next. Conversations feel tense or circular. There may be anger, shame, fear, or deep exhaustion. At this stage, couples often aren’t just looking to “communicate better”; they want clarity about whether repair is possible and what staying or separating would truly mean. I provide structured couples therapy focused on slowing down reactive cycles and clarifying what has happened beneath the surface. When betrayal or ambivalence is present, we work carefully and deliberately, addressing accountability, emotional impact, and whether rebuilding trust is possible, or whether clarity about the relationship’s future is needed.
