I counsel individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, sexual abuse, and childhood or partner violence, and I work from a trauma-informed lens. I work with couples to renew the fire in their love life and sexual relationship, couples affected by addiction, as well as couples who are no longer communicating or are on the brink of divorce. I also work with parents and adolescents. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor.
