Hello and welcome! I am a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping people to improve their lives. I work with children, adolescents and adults struggling with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. My education and training is extensive and diverse with a EdM from Harvard University and a PhD from Columbia University. I see clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. Therefore my approach is tailored to best meet your needs. Together, our goal is to help you build a better life by supporting your growth and change. I specialize in psychodynamic, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral (CBT, DBT) & somatic approaches. For children and adolescents I treat the range of anxiety and mood issues and provide parenting education and family support. I also treat adults and couples to help improve communication, manage life transitions and resolve emotional issues and trauma.
