I love helping clients find hope, healing and courage to make important changes and live life happier and mentally healthier. By using therapy approaches, we will address behaviors, perceptions, and unresolved emotions in order to create a better, more meaningful life. I am an EMDR therapist. I work with individuals dealing with Trauma, Codependency, Relationship issues, Grief and Loss, and Life Transitions. Aside from EMDR, I work with Couples, we address rebuilding connection, emotional intimacy, trust, and communication that has been lost.
