I can help you do the deeper work needed to move towards a more authentic and fulfilling experience while also assisting you in accepting and even embracing wherever you are in your journey right now. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to psychotherapy and I utilize different approaches depending on your needs. My goal is to create a safe, warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard and understood.
