I enjoy working with those who have complex and diverse struggles. Individuals with complex histories, possible trauma, and a desire for support. I enjoy opportunities to be present while individuals express their raw emotions and thoughts, and those who are open to feedback. I enjoy clients who are willing to work through therapy with a bit of humor while being introspective. It is important to me to offer everyone a space where they can be open and genuine without limits. I focus on building strong, supportive relationships that allow clients to explore while contemplating their own meaning and growth. My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the needs of the individual.
