I am a Certified Social Worker and I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, adjustment disorders, family dynamics, chronic stress, improving boundaries, coping skills, navigating major life changes, and issues related to the service of veterans and first responders. I use an array of evidence-based interventions to support the needs of each client. I strive to understand each person’s individual journey, while empowering them with the skills and understanding to work toward their stated goals. I am a good-humored person and I enjoy building rapport and getting to know each client and how they view their own lives. I approach sessions with empathy, warmth, active listening, and the understanding that each person is the expert in their own life. Together, the client and I will set goals and work toward them over time.
