Change is often scary, but a necessary part of life for growth. It takes courage to reach out for help. I have over 8 years of experience in the field, working with diverse populations. I have experience working as a sexual assault counselor and outpatient intake/assessment specialist in a community mental health setting. I have helped clients with a variety of issues over the years including: depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, relationship distress, anger management, and self-injury. I am offering telehealth and in-person services, depending on your preferences or needs.
