Hello there, my name is Jennifer Limon LMFT. I have worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with clients who are going through life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship problems ,PTSD, and trauma .I take pride in being a trauma-focused mental health provider. I will help you get to the root of your struggles. My goal is to help each client live a more balanced and fulfilling life, promoting healing from inside out. I cater my sessions to fit every clients needs and I use different modalities such as CBT, DBT and person centered to make sure I give quality and compassionate care to all of my clients. My goal as your therapist is to provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to feel welcome, validated and heard.
