Life gives us experiences that are unexpected, often perplexing and sometimes overwhelming. With over 35 years of practice, I've worked with wonderful people facing just about everything life has to offer. Through this, I've developed a way of working with clients that is empowering, and most of all, effective. Relief comes when we begin to understand the emotions motivating us. The ability to identify and soothe difficult emotions is central to alleviating depression, anxiety, the echoes of trauma, or relational issues.
