My name is Jen and I am a Limited Licensed Counselor (LLC) in the state of Michigan. I provide counseling and guidance to my clients. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages on issues ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic pain, substance abuse, life changes, relationships, and many more. I have experience providing, individual, group, couples, and family therapy. My counseling style is a holistic approach. I focus on building a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship, while also creating a judgement free place for clients to navigate their struggles.
