I see this as a natural path towards assisting you in learning to better attune to yourself, which many clients that find me tend to need support around. I aim to help you in the process of developing and integrating a healthier core belief system from a truly embodied place, to allow you to more easily create the changes you'd like to in your life. I aim to guide and support you in taking small, sustainable steps in challenging your fears and in increasing feelings of meaning and satisfaction.
