I specialize in working with individuals and couples on relationship, sexuality, and trauma-related issues. I am an American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists (aasect.org) Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. I use a client-centered, strength-based, and relational approach to therapy. In addition, I have extensive training in attachment-based and experiential therapies (Emotionally Focused Therapy and AEDP) and trauma therapy (EMDR).
