Accepting new clients 9am-3pm during the day. I believe in the power of relationships. Relationships are healing and essential to our lives as human beings. I have a strong passion for working with individuals, children, families and couples who may be going through or experiencing life changes, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD or autism. Resiliency is powerful but does not always come naturally. I can help you to build those networks though and help you to reach your goals big or small in your mental health and find your inner peace. I offer and practice many forms of treatment including Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, EMDR, structural family therapy, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy. Being an AAMFT Approved Supervisor I can also offer individual and group clinical supervision to graduate students as well as post-graduate students.
