I have experience working with adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities. I also have experience working with people who have experienced trauma. I am passionate about and dedicated to helping people make changes that will improve the quality of their lives. I focus on making people aware of their strengths and abilities to improve their view of themselves. As a therapist I am extremely aware of the importance of the therapeutic relationship because it is one of the most important factors in helping people make changes. Being a therapist has been a life long dream and I made it.
