I have had the pleasure of working with adolescents and adults for over 25 years as a Licensed Clincial Social Worker specializing in depression, anxiety, and phase of life issues. My therapeutic approach stems from a strength based perspective with the purpose of increasing self-awareness and developing positive behavioral patterns to best encourage a happy and healthy life experience.
