I work with clients of all ages and believe in working as a team to help them achieve their goals. I primarily do cognitive behavior therapy but also use other techniques such as DBT, art therapy techniques, and play therapy techniques when needed. I have experience in PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and the use of Exposure Response Prevention therapy for trauma and OCD.
