Whether you’re navigating the weight of anxiety or depression, struggling with parenting or marriage challenges, or carrying the effects of past trauma, you don’t have to go through it alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves or others, or unsure of where to start — and that’s okay. I’m here to meet you right where you are. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded. My clients experience a supportive space where they can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, develop healthier ways of coping, and begin to move forward with hope and confidence. I offer client-centered counseling for individuals and couples facing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, relationship issues, co-dependency problems, and more. Currently, I accept clients aged 12 and above and offer faith-based support upon request, utilizing CBT, EFT, IFS, Christian counseling, and trauma-informed care.
