At some point in our lives, we all experience difficulties. I have experience with successfully treating anxiety, depression, worry, irritability and relationship issues. This does not have to define a person. Instead, we can focus on our strengths to change what we need to live happy, productive lives. Everyone's journey is unique and I will follow your lead, and we will work at your pace. Therapy should be tailored to your needs and goals.
