Currently accepting telehealth clients for morning appointments and formal psychological evaluation appointments: It is my goal to help others heal past trauma; gain better insight into what motivates their behaviors and responses; learn positive coping skills and self-care activities; and grow into the person they want to be. Whether you struggle with chronic mental illness; situational stressors; or simply need a psychological clearance evaluation (such a pre-surgery), I will create a personalized plan to help each person meet individual goals in an accepting and respectful manner.
