As women, our lives are challenging and the things that influence a woman’s life can be oppressive and complex. I am here to be an ear, a sounding board and your advocate. I want to lift you up and show up in the ways you deserve. Together we will normalize and empower you through the harmful, unrealistic expectations that are often placed upon you. The world around you tries to define who you are, how you act, and what you look like. These are things that should only be defined by and written in your voice.
