I have a passion for working with clients with trauma (both big and small), helping people better understand themselves, fostering hope, challenging negative thoughts and beliefs, and helping them heal from what they have been through in order to achieve the goals they want in life. Trauma plays such a large role in how we feel about the world and ourselves in relation to the world, but it doesn't have to keep holding us back. There is hope. I draw from different approaches depending on what best suits each client as no approach is one size fits all. I am also EMDR trained and firmly believe in this model for those who want to utilize it.
