In my near decade of experience as a therapist, my work has focused on using the power of human connection in order to foster healing. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental and supportive. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and helping individuals heal from traumatic events. All feelings, and experiences, are welcome here. I am eager to work together to help you build the life you deserve.
