I go by Jen. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I have expertise in working with individuals/families who have experienced trauma and loss. I value my clients as being experts in their lives who have significant strengths, despite the obstacles that they are facing. I consider myself to be a partner with my clients as we work together to achieve their individual therapeutic goals. I use a person-centered approach to therapy which allows the client to guide the content of the session and the therapeutic process, empowering them to make informed decisions about their well-being.
