It is my goal as a therapist to break the stigma of therapy. Some still believe that only “broken people” seek therapy and I am here to tell you that is not true! Seeking therapy is NOT a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength! We, as humans, were created for connection and expression, and the therapy room is simply a safe space for that to occur.
