Hello! I am an empathetic, caring therapist, working in social services for over 20 years. Having worked with the court systems, completing alcohol & drug evaluations, working with clients who have legal histories, & clients who have mental health issues, I specialize in supporting clients navigating mood disorders, anxiety, substance use, and addiction-related challenges. My approach to therapy is eclectic thoughtful, drawing from different psychological theories to meet each client’s unique needs. I have a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and feel this approach helps to focus a person on the power of the mind!
