Often times in life we go through painful experiences which can lead to grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and many others. These experiences can make you feel stuck and unable to find joy and my belief is that you always have a basic wisdom and worth. You may feel that life’s struggles have caused you to feel disconnected from your basic nature of health, joy, and growth. Therapy can help you understand and uncover parts of yourself that you may have become disconnected from. I use evidenced-based practices such as Mindfulness-based Therapy which has shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve quality of life.
