I provide therapy rooted in strong, authentic relationships where clients feel respected, understood, and safe to be themselves. With over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families from diverse backgrounds, I support clients through a wide range of challenges. Many of my clients focus on life transitions, including relationship and family issues, career changes, and the post–high school transition. I often work with young adults—and their parents—navigating “failure to launch,” identity development, and finding direction in this pivotal stage of life. I also specialize in Anxiety Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients reduce avoidance and build resilience Additionally, I support individuals struggling with substance use, first responders, and justice-involved clients, helping them process experiences and move forward with empowerment.
