Creating an environment where clients can grow to understand themselves, make changes they want, and truly thrive is my goal. The approach I take is eclectic in that I don’t subscribe to a single form of therapy but pull from many areas in order to meet my client’s needs. My endless curiosity about people, and belief in the ability of individuals to grow, be more accepting, and kinder to themselves, drives the work I do. A significant portion of my practice includes supporting individuals who work in healthcare by helping them process their experiences and develop self care strategies. Having a strong understanding of boundaries and self compassion helps clients avoid burnout and thrive while caring for others.
