I strive to help individuals manage their depression and anxiety through coping skills and challenging your inner critic. My passion lies with supporting women's health, motherhood and physical wellness. Working with me will help you to challenge those inner thoughts and incorporate mindfulness skills to identify what you’re feeling and how to process those feelings without judgment.
