I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing in Napa, California. I am a bilingual, (Spanish/English) therapist. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for self-exploration. I will encourage growth by building upon strengths to develop new coping skills that can help alleviate life stressors. I have been working as a therapist since 2014. As a therapist I have supported others with their mental health journey.
