About

My path to becoming a therapist was due to my own personal upbringing and the environments that I was raised in. Witnessing firsthand how societal traumas lend themselves to anxiety, depression, and PTSD (especially in urban areas) caused me to want to explore not just an individual's history but the barriers they face as well. My ideal client is someone who may be experiencing interpersonal and life stressors while interacting with various system structures. The goal is to work with the client to identify their symptomatology and create tools that can assist with both their immediate and long-term mental health care needs.
