I speak truth and love to the hurting. I work primarily with adults and married couples. I am trained in EMDR therapy to help those who have experienced trauma. I have worked extensively with couples in crisis. I also have expertise in working with people who are coming out of abusive relationships, particularly those involving narcissistic abuse. I have helped people develop a sense of identity, boundaries, empowerment, self-care, and holistic well-being. I have helped people work through processes of forgiveness, grief, recovery, and abuse and trauma healing.
