I believe that the goal of "happiness" we are all striving for, is not that of elation, but inner peace. Without an understanding of this subtle difference, many of us can find ourselves on a slightly different path than we have intended. Much of my work focuses on helping my clients find acceptance in themselves in order to listen to their own voices and create a life that is fulfilling. I believe that each of my clients are the experts in their own lives. In that way, our sessions become a joint process--rather than an "expert/patient" experience.
