Hi I’m Jennifer, my goal is to assist individuals with stressors that can be associated with addiction and co-occurring disorders. I am dually licensed in drug and alcohol counseling, in addition to my associate license in mental health. Throughout 5 years within my counseling career, I am aware of how the disease of addiction can hinder one's ability to function in the societal world. It would be my pleasure to guide you through life's obstacles. Within the first session, most of my clients tell me they feel like they have chatted with a friend. Self-awareness is a priority to adjust and build confidence in new ventures. If coping with long-lasting trauma, we can address triggers and implement positive coping skills.
