Life can be so challenging to manage and navigate, particularly when dealing with major life transitions! I have been been a holistic healing arts practitioner for 25 years and bring a grounded presence to my work. I am a licensed psychotherapist with my LCSW. I work with adult clients and provide a welcoming space for the LGBTQIA, Latin-X communities, and people in recovery. I have 20+ years of experience working with a range of clientele, and provide a warm, attentive presence for my clients.
