I am currently accepting new clients, in person and telehealth, M-Th, 8AM-4PM Taking the first step toward support can feel vulnerable, but you don't have to do it alone. If you are feeling ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. You deserve a space where you can rest, reflect, and heal at your own pace. When you are ready, I invite you to reach out, together, we can begin your journey toward healing, self-awareness and growth. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents. My approach is trauma-informed and client centered with a commitment toward collaboration with the client, allowing for each individual to have a voice in the therapeutic relationship. I utilize a variety of evidence based treatments, including CBT, DBT, and MI.
